I have always loved writing and helping people, so being able to combine two of my passions has been fantastic. I offer the knowledge and viewpoint from a counselor role, but also from a woman who has experienced sexual assault, been in a psychologically abusive relationship, and has struggled with loving myself and my body. Through lots of hard work on finding myself and recovering from my past, I have been able to use this knowledge in many of my articles to help others.
