It takes so much bravery to show up and be vulnerable in front of someone else, especially in times of conflict or isolation. However, what working in this field has taught me is that we are more connected than we might think. We are all struggling. We are all growing and healing to the best of our abilities. These areas where struggle, growth, and healing overlap are topics that I feel privileged to explore in my writing, as well as work with in my counselling practice.
