I am a strong believer in community. To be part of a community that is accepting, supportive and inclusive is a vision that I would love to encourage. That is why this magazine is so great. We have the opportunity as mental health workers to share information on mental health to reduce stigma and help people in our community understand that we all have mental health, and we all need help sometimes.  I feel truly honoured to get to be part of my clients’ journeys of healing and growth, and my hope is that through some of my writings I will also be able to help others in some small way.
